Develop & execute successful SEO strategies

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 10 people who have expertise in SEO, Social Media, ORM and Content creation
- Help the team members to achieve their career objectives by motivating, mentoring, and developing their skillsets
- Strategize and execute plans that drive conversions through Organic Referral channels
- Manage day-to-day SEO Operations, keyword analysis, and gather competitor intelligence

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Job description:
We are seeking an analytically minded Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist, who is responsible for using a mix of creativity, a strong understanding of website content management systems, analytical and statistical abilities to identify website optimization opportunities for our clients and then develop and execute a strategy to turn those ideas into an optimization and testing plan. You should have a strong understanding and hands-on experience with A/B testing, website analytics and the UX conversion strategies & tactics that help drive performance and insights for our vast array of clients. You will be working alongside a team of designers, developers and digital media professionals to help deliver optimization programs for our clients.
Success will depend on the ability to enthusiastically and competently deliver on the following:
- Conversion UX strategy – from data-driven ideation, execution, reporting and analysis.
- Demonstrating a passion for continuous learning, iterating and improving; a sound understanding of the digital marketing landscape; a zest for UX design and research and an entrepreneurial spirit to improve processes from planning to strategy to delivery.
- Understand best practices for UI and UX for websites, applications, mobile, and desktop.
Responsibilities:
- Perform the audit of the clients and set the agenda for our clients to create and manage a testing strategy to help deliver long-term results.
- Identifying problems with the conversion rate of client websites through quantitative (Google Analytics or similar) and qualitative (heatmaps, sessions recordings, surveys, etc) research.
- Develop hypotheses and build and execute A/B or multivariate tests according to the optimization strategy and testing plan.
- Analyze and evaluate experiments – reporting on results and devising iterations on concepts to drive the testing strategy.
- Prioritize insights and testing strategy which helps our clients achieve their goals and delivers ROI.
- Help create initial, quarterly, and monthly client reports based on test results and other ongoing initiatives.

Requirements:
- Must be able to work collaboratively and effectively with all levels of staff.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Digital Marketing, Statistics, Information Science, etc.) is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years experience in a website testing or UI/UX-focused role.
- Highly proficient in web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)

Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Oversee strategy, development, and production of email campaigns (write, design, build, edit, test, and deploy) as needed for multiple companies.
- Create A/B testing scenarios and measure results and user behavior on-site with Google Analytics.

We are looking for a talented Facebook Advertising Specialist to join the team. The focus of this position will be to plan and execute paid Internet marketing campaigns for our clients. The selected individual will own the client accounts, which requires constant client communication and relationship management.
This is an entry level Facebook advertising position for someone who wants to learn the powerful Facebook Advertising Platform and how to utilize it to get business results.
In this position, you will learn how to use and master Facebook ad manager, power editor, create audiences, and the secrets to Facebook ads that convert. If you already have a little experience with Facebook ads, even better.
